Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate (from milk), cocoa^8,12,13, instant coffee¹¹, flavouring^8,12, flavourings^{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,10,11,13}, thickener (xanthan gum), salt^4,8,12, red beet juice concentrate^2,3,5,10, colour [(E163)^2,5, (E141)⁴, (E160a)^1,6,7,9], acidity regulator (citric acid)^3,5,6,7,10, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), anti-caking agent (E551).

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop (30 g) with 200-250 ml of water or milk. Use before and immediately after workout.
