CORE CHAMPS Omega-3 Fish oil delivers 1000mg of Omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil is derived from the tissues of fish. Fish oils contain the Omega-3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). Omega-3 fatty acids play important roles in heart, brain, and skin health. It helps to reduce inflammation and offers performance-enhancing benefits for athletes.
